CORPORATE DONATION OPPORTUNITIES

In order to get your logo or name listed on the shirts we must receive your donation and/or logo  by March 15th 2013. Email logo to keepingthebeat4kids@gmail.com

Banners and promotional materials must be received by April 5th 2013.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level Sponsorship     $5,000

As a Platinum Level sponsor, you will receive more recognition and publicity than the event's other sponsors. The hundreds of participants and community members involved in the Keeping the Beat 5K Run/Walk, 1K Fun Run, Toddler Dash will recognize your compassion for and commitment to helping children living with pacemakers and implantable defibrillators experiencing camp life like any other child can.
Recognition as a Platinum Level sponsor includes:
  • Banner - your company banner displayed prominently on staging area throughout the event, please provide us with your promotional banner
  • T-Shirts - logo printed on  the event t-shirts
  • Web - logo placed prominently on the Race website with a link to your company's website
  • Media - name and logo will be placed on all media press releases and your company's contributions will be recognized during any media opportunities encountered during the race
  • Promotional Materials - access to include  promotional material in the race’s goodie bag
  • Presentation - photo opportunity to present the title sponsor check at the race

Gold Level Sponsorship    $2,500

  • T-Shirts - logo printed on  the event t-shirts
  • Web - name and logo placed prominently on the Race website with a link to your company's website
  • Media - name will be placed on all local media press releases and your company's contributions will be recognized during any media opportunities encountered during the Race
  • Promotional Materials - access to include  promotional material in the race’s goodie bag
  • Certificate - a certificate of appreciation acknowledging your contribution

Silver Level Sponsorship       $1,000

  • T-Shirts - logo printed on  the event t-shirts
  • Web - name and logo placed on the Race website with a link to your company's website,
  • Promotional Materials - access to include  promotional material in the race’s goodie bag
  • Certificate - a certificate of appreciation acknowledging your contribution

Bronze Level Sponsorship       $500

  • T-Shirts - logo on the event t-shirts
  • Web - name placed on the Walk website with a link to your company's website
  • Promotional Materials - access to include  promotional material in the race’s goodie bag

Home Team Sponsorship $250

  • Official Recognition - official recognition as a sponsor on our full list of official sponsors, which will be accessible both at the Race and on our website
  • T-Shirts - name listed on the back of all event t-shirts



  • Distribute posters and registration on your neighborhood. Email me and I will send out materials
